I've never been on a silent building site, and I worked on them for decades. There is always at least one self important prick who will tell the neighbours that what you do to the lane to improve it was all his own idea and that you wouldn't have done it if he hadn't ordered you to. All just so he can feel in control. Now on to the next episode :)

🤔 if it was me I'd reassure the neighbours and give a timescale, just explain the plan to actually invest money in the house which will increase the value of their street and nextdoor so win win , I'd probably put swinging wood gate at the end for access and turn the either end to stone pillar so it maintains both sides offer to help maintain the lane too add flowers or daffodils as an offer etc. when I moved and changed my fence I helped put plants/tree on the other side Also help benefit them kept them sweet. I found when I started to do up my house next door started also like a competition. Once things are nice and looking good people be envious and change to keep up with what's on the street people don't won't to be left out Better to keep everyone on side if you can.

Thanks! I appreciate that :) I’m using CapCut at the moment so it’s just the free music on there that’s basically it! I think being consistent.. not knowing what the day brings helps content haha

You should have asked him if his house has been modernised if so how did he manage to do it without making a noise as every building site in the world make noise if they are working and that you only work 8 to 5. I don’t know why but there’s always one t¥@t for every road. I’m sure you’ll get there in the end.😊😊😊😊

So long as I was sticking to council bylaws and approvals, I’d say I am sorry they feel that they are being treated badly or disrespected, but as we had council approval we shall be carrying on with the work🖕🏼
