Please try methods like this before surgery. Sinus surgery ruined my life. I had nasal turbinate surgery and it caused Empty Nose Syndrome, which makes you feel like you are suffocating because the damaged nerves cannot feel the air you are breathing. It is horrible to live with. People commit suicide over this condition. I barely want to live, anymore. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
Sorry to hear that man. I just had a similar surgery i don’t have empty nose syndrome but my sinus infection has been lasting for 5 months now and won’t go away. It’s got to be almost as bad.
So we can breath normally using mouth and don't need to hold breath right? I already bought this one but afraid to use it because i also got athma...so i need to keep on breathing...holding breath is very diffucult to me... 😢😢😢
He mentions that in the beginning of the video. Boil the water for 5 mins to distill. Get to room temperature temp or lukewarm and then use. Do not use without boiling tap water first.
You must boil the water or use distilled store bought water. Any unboiled water has the chance of introducing bacteria or anything else gross in tap water an entrance directly into your body. Which is very bad and can make you very sick. Boil water, let it cool a bit and then use.
