Love your stuff.that first concert with that English singer , " there's never been a better place or time you and I together " she was sooo good. Best couple song.
@@rubydickey3788 Then you'd really like to listen to the guys that in singing circles are considered the best of the best: Luis Miguel and Cristian Castro Namely Luis who has much more consistent and powerful performances. In terms of clarity, power and range, Luis is in a class of his own. Frank Sinatra said when he saw young Luis it was the finest voice he ever heard and Pavarotti said Luis was born with a stratovarius in his throat. High praise from someone of his caliber.
Another fave of Mr. Russell Watson repertoire Thank you xo ... a regular person and does not shy from it... he's fun-but respectful. Oh reading post below that is a nice song for a funeral Thank you ano 👍🏽
Apart from being such a talent...he has a stage presence to be in awe of...his interaction with his audience, his cute smile, good looks...all add to that IT factor...he has IT all going for him...Russell Watson does this song proud....a gorgeous song sung by a talented man...
Absolutely amazing. My wife and I saw him in Cincinnati in 2000. He blew the lid off that place! He’s an amazing talent who has never given the credit he deserves.
what's wrong with you people? this guy is FABULOUS...and you're comparing him to who? This dude is the best...plus he's hotter than anything in hollywood!
In 2002 I was watching PBS when this Concert came on and this Gorgeous Guy came out and started to Sing. Since then I have been a Fan of (The Voice ) Russell Watson.
Incredible. Been listening to him for years. This song is a tear breaker for me. I heard he never had any professional voice training . A gift from the heavens here on Earth.
@@denisesuper7760 it's a pituitary gland tumor, macroadenoma, not a brain tumor. I had one too 16 years ago. It's not malignant. I had it removed through nose just like he did. But hormonal disbalance screws your life. Just like Russell I also had horrible mood swings and depression, wanted to die. His song "Faith of the heart" often lifted me up, and I didn't even know that he had exactly the same problem as he did. I love this adaptation of Ennio Morricone's composition.
This was performed some 11 years ago, I am "just" listening to this?! What an amazing voice!! I will be looking for more of his music!! How absolutely lovely!!
Has to be this version I've heard other versions, but none of them have the same feeling. This always gives me goosebumps. 2022 and still it's the best. Music keeps me going and this is my favourite. X
I am absolutely blown away every time I hear Russell Watson sing. He is simply the best crossover singer going. He does a magnificent job on this beautiful work by Ennio Morricone from the movie "The Mission".
Fantastic, all the negative people don't know a good voice when they hear one. A very smooth voice and reaches the high notes effortlessly. Loved his performance.
Watsons, voice is so supreme and outstandingly awakening. I totally loved it, I played it three times and decided that I have founded one of my three songs that I want sung at my funeral. I do not mean to be morbid, but I am now at the age of wondering, what songs will I have played at my funeral when I die. And that one had such a true meaning to it. When he speaks of remembering her smell, my thoughts were of remembering the smell of my new born babies when they were born and placed in my arms The very first time. You never forget that sweet heavenly baby smell and know that, that is your precious little angel that you just gave birth to and it is a beautiful memory that you never forget and you are just hoping, that when they grow up and realize , just how much you loved and strongly looked after them and protected them to the best of your ability all those years and cherished Them with all your heart, so when you get old, you start thinking, Dear God I hope that one or more will hopefully remember that you tried hard to do more riight than wrong by them and you, and I sincerely hope they will remember me, as the words are sung in this song,.Because all my life my four children were truly the love of my life and I will miss them when i am gone and I hope that they will remember me. So that song has such great meaning in my life. Thank you Mr. Watson, you really brought sadness, but you also touched my heart so truely, when you sung this song. it is only natural that we all hope that there is someone left to remember you in a good way..God Bless, all who was touched by his beautiful voice singing this very special song... My Love and respect to All.
Wow! Have always loved this piece ....& have loved Russell Watson's voice for years .....played his Pearl Fishers Duet at our wedding in 2004. Beautiful!
I love this piece as an instrumental (Gabriel's Oboe) or as this but it is such a powerful piece that I don't think it is suited to a female voice. I can't remember who it was but I have heard it sung by a female and sadly it lacks the impact of this.
Yes, first saw the PBS special of some guy named Russell Watson. Totally awed by his voice, charm, and smile. After all he has been through, still remains the VOICE!!!
Cette chanson me met des larmes aux yeux a chaque fois que je l'entende. Je ne peux m'empecher! Telle beauté, telle grâce-This song brings tears to my eyes each time I hear it, I just can't help it! Such beauty, such grace!
in loving memory of Joyce F Bawah...Rest In Peace... This was one of your favourite songs. I will miss you and will always love you. I know I'll see you again......in my fantasies, memories and daydreams. 8/03/17.
