I think it's common to have instrument playback and live vocals in settings like these, talk shows and such. Nirvana made fun of it once by just fucking around on their instruments, lol.
Coming from a lead guitarist. The guitar was real i think the tuning was either Drop D or the thick E string was droppes a half stepped down. But during the Chorus. Ue used the generic pop chords but stretched it out a bit to actually fit the song. So that guitarist actually does play guitar, he knows some Music theory and scales. He wasnt one of the Fake Guitarists he pretend to play guitar. Whats funny is the beginning part he was actually play Single Metal riffs involving the E and A string. Haha. Which is funny. But also you can see the 13 or 14 different pedals he was using to make it not sound metal. It sounded like a Computer techno type thing. Very smart guitarist rock on.
She probably won’t, the pop world was too overwhelming for her and made her very depressed she’s also specializes in Folk music I think she released her last album in 2017 which is Folk
This is the first live perfomance of Nelly Furtado that I see and I gotta say, that her dancing and overall behaviour on stage is kinda funny, but great though.
Her band back then were truly amazing! wish I'd seen them in person. Do yourselves a favour people and just listen to the audio because the dancers are a distraction.
The drumming isnt at all hard. Its a very basic tempo. I learned a tempo faster than that when i was 8. The drumming is just a few Hits every 3 secs. The tempo also slows down during the chorus " she's a maneater" where you just hit 2 different drums every 5 ish secs. Pop is very basic and easy. Normally the drums, and guitar use the exact same chords, and drum hits. Im not sure why that guy had such a large drum set for a very basic song. He only needes 3 piece of that drum set. Lol. Still the best era of Techno pop music
When the negative nellies came 4 Nelly about her new sexy look in 2006, the woman was rather sophisticated and modest with her makeover. Plus she was enjoying her new feminine curves after giving birth so we shouldn't knock women down for that.
No it isn't. It's the opposite of what you're saying. She's actually speaking to the fact that someone who is a maneater isn't a good thing. Also it's a pop song 97% of people don't even care about lyric. If the song was accompanied by a violin only no one would listen to it. Also if it influences people those people are likely stupid most people get their values from parents siblings family significant others members of the community not pop songs. And no one wants to live in a world where we have to account for every last person being silly
