Only televised funeral which makes me weep more than the Queen’s or Princess Diana’s. Without him & the rest of the freedom fighters, I would not be able to have such a diverse South African life. Rainbow Nation always 🌈
Mandela was one of the best leaders who hailed from Africa in terms of service to humanity, honesty, selfless and dedication. African leaders of today have a lot to learn from his life style.
Watching this 10 years after his passing reminds me that: the dead may be gone, but we, as their descendents, need to do everything we can to uphold the lessons that were taught by them
I am a Black American and Mr Mandela was and still is an inspiration to us on this side of the world. Much love to the brother's in South Africa may peace be with you all.
@@avelaavela1435Being Black American is no different than being South African. Same experiences although sometimes I feel like South Africans had it much worse during Apartheid versus the Civil Rights movement.
Nelson was caught by police in a car full of landmines. Landmines that were intended to kill farmers. That's part of of why he was sent to prison. He was a terrorist. Yet... Because he became a freemason, his funeral was far more elaborate than the funerals of the farmers he helped murder. He isn't a righteous man... He does have secrets which kept him above reproach though.
@@tiaanvanderwalt2077 Pretty sure every US president has killed people. Are we going to judge everyone by how much people they killed because if we do George Washington, Winston Churchill, and Napoleon Bonaparte were all pieces of s***
This funeral will be for ever remembered, the way I see it, it's more like we sending our own Jesus, bcz of the GOOD things we all knw abt him, the whole country was experiencing a unic common sense of sympathy, pain, dying frm deep inside uyahlala usezinhliziyweni zethu Tata Madiba, once again thanks to almighty God for lending us wena RIP Tata wesizwe..
the fact that he had to fight for the whole country of south africa with all his knowledge and energy just breaks my heart. and when i see people disliking this video just for a little honor is just evil and hatred to not only south africa but the whole of africa . he is one of the greatest leaders africa has ever known and he should forever be know and honored by the whole world
I'm from Pakistan and I'm a college student .. and we have started in our English subject about Nelson Mandela and his vision about south Africa so he was really great leader for Africa and for the world . He spoil 40 years of his life in jail .... And also his sacrifices for Africa was wonderful ... Africa should not forget his sacrifices .... RIP.... And love from Pakistan
The world will never forget Nelson Mandela. His struggle stands example for ours. A truly intelectual. Honest and humble man. In my opinion the most influential man to ever walk this earth. In all his humbleness and modesty.
Thank to him for the lessons he has taught us...will treasure his words when he said"don't call me i'll call you, I Laughed Because Of His Humour. I Wish He Is In Peace With The Creator.
Adrian Jackson ... we the black nation are crying for our land that was taken from us by the whites.... may they leave it alone.... that’s what it basically means, it is a struggle song that was sung during the apartheid government rain
I miss you so much Nelson Mandela.we will never ever forget you.still makes me sad thinking we lost the worlds greatest .continue to rest in heavenly peace.
