Driver at 5:38 Cnr Motueka St and Waimea Rd, with about 100 metres on orange light failed to stop and continued through orange light, contrary to the law which mandates "stopping if possible". There was adequate time and distance in which to stop. In even half that space, I would definitely have stopped. If there was a camera there, I hope he was caught and issued with a traffic fine.
