Awesome to chat to you both today. Thank you for taking time to speak to me and have a photo. I absolutely agree, that rattle on the last turn into the brake run was very noticeable. However, as you also state, it doesn’t take anything away from a truly iconic and intense ride! As I said to you, I’ve not been to Alton for a few years, but I thoroughly enjoyed the park today and left very impressed. I’ve been smiling all day and felt like a little kid again enjoying the rides and reliving some memories of visits past, having been visiting the park since the early 80’s as a toddler! 😅

doubt we ever see this, but id love them to add tracking to the eye. Occasionally it will follow or stare directly at somebody. Would add another sense of realism to this beast

I think the gun could also have like a red light in it when it shoots so it effects the ride more as well as the queue

I was there on Tuesday, Nemesis is my favourite, with The Wickerman in close 2nd.

I'll be visiting next Friday so been keeping an eye on queue times today, how lucky you've been on park today to confirm it's a quiet one. I haven't been in about 7 years so wicker man, Alton manor and new nemmy are going to be extra fun new things and I'm so excited. I always used to come on summer school trips and visited as a tiny kid so it's a super nostalgic place for me. Fingers crossed for good weather!

Been on it so many times ,never got to ride the original but I think I've got a new favourite ride

Nemesis looks incredible, it’s so exciting to see the park do so well with theming to create more immersive experiences. Environmental storytelling is the best part of theme parks in my opinion! Also, this is very nitpicky, but I’d love to see them work on the fang/teeth movements around that incredible eye 👁️ to be a bit smoother and more realistic, they seem to bounce a bit when they move at the moment. Thanks for sharing the update, can’t wait to go back!

Hey i love nemesis reborn but i have never been on it and never been to Alton Towers

Managed to get first few rides earlier this week, Must say the front row packed more of a punch than I was expecting! But now I understand that rattle, does feel like it's riding over gravel especially at the end! But still great to have her back

Been watching these in preparation for going back in two weeks cannot wait!!

This ride fits in beautifully with the landscape.

I'll be heading to Alton on the 29th I can't wait! I'm taking my dad with me and he hasn't been since 2010! He loves Nemesis and I am so excited to see his reaction to Nemesis Reborn, Nemesis will always be his favourite ride. Loved the video as well! My dad will love to hear the theming updates.

Great to see stuff still being added, Nemmy has never looked better! I rode it on opening in 1994, have rode it every year since, and am booked to ride it for the first time as Reborn in July. I cannot wait cos the new theming looks incredible, and if you're saying it's riding the best ever.... well. Suffice to say, excitement levels are high!

To me the rattle that was on nemmy ( pre reborn ) felt and sounded like abit of cover panel scuttle. Like the covers where flexing along the run. As the new trains are basically the same style as the old ones. Im presuming its the same thing.

Great to have nemesis back as it's always been my number 1 at the park. Had a front row ride yesterday and came off with slight disappointment. It had a rattle the whole way round on the front such a shame. Was definitely better later on with a back row ride.

The queue line to walk around when its empty is just lung busting. When the park is quiet they should shut off the full queue line and open up a short cut. My mother struggled to walk around more than once so we went on the smiler etc instead. 9 rides in the day so was chuffed but the walk to the nemesis station is way too long during the week when its quiet.

I rode this twice when I went - the back row in the rain is so intense!! The helix was insane

All the area is amazing. The eye really gives it vibes.

My theory is when project ocean gets built (ripsaw's revenge or whatever it will be) the story will incorporate digging like the original which will cause the rivers to start (maybe the new attraction will incorporate the red water as well?), alternatively it's another thing to rave about months after opening to keep the marketing going

I actually really like what they’ve done with the gun and also the exit ramp, the paint is so nice and reminds me of the area around Oblivion, hopefully they repaint some of the buildings and/or props to use this cooler paint style

Loving the constant towers visits

Got the chance to ride Nemesis Reborn on Sunday! Fantastic experience! I’ve never felt Nemesis like that, *ever*. Better in almost every way, just as intense (if not even more intense), and surrounded by world class theming. Just couldn’t get enough of it! Safe to say that was not my last visit this year 😂

Went on Monday rode Nemesis Reborn, 2 times best on the backrow on the last ride, deffo best seats. They have done a really good job of retheming, forbidden valley, still the best ride there, it felt longer than last time before it closed, still intense🔥🎢

I went on it three times today. On the last ride I was on the row in front of the back row & I definitely felt the rattle on the final turn before the break run.

I went yesterday and i was on row 7 on the right hand side, I actually grayed out at one point😂 amazing compared to opening day

B&M's Iron Menace also has a rough rattle, someone said it has something to do with new track material they use

Had 3 rides on Nemesis Reborn this weds. Its incredible. I can't believe they made it better. Its seems much faster. Its definitely got a rattle noticed more towards the back. 15 mind wait but the pathway nearly killed me.😂❤

WEnt to Alton on MOnday with my daughter. Awful day for operations, all major coasters except Nemesis and Gallaitica were closed all day. Plenty of time in forbidden valley, and my daughter rose on Nemmy for the first time, and she loved it.

The whole area looks fantastic, such an improvement. Galaxtica needs a good overhaul as it just looks out of place now and even though its had a jetwash its still filthy when looking around it. The 'Rattle'' was there the other day when we were on it. Not so noticible on the second train I dont think. It does fly round the track and is on the whole very smooth. I'd say its running faster than it was before.

Project ocean sounds interesting, maybe something that sees water used as an effect or theming for this new flat ride. Would make sense that they bring the waterfalls back with this.

I went on the new Nemesis twice last Saturday. On row 7 the rattle was more than just a noise, for the second half of the ride it DID feel quite rough and jiggly. The second time was in row 4 and this felt quite a bit better, but still not how it used to.

Rode it first time on Wednesday. The ride seems the same compared to the old Nemesis (smoother) but agree re the theming is amazing and love the queue line / proximity of the track to the props and perimeter. I’m not so impressed with how they allocate which row you sit on - I wanted the back row but they never let me (5 rides) I actually got the front row instead on one of my rides! Two of the back row seats were out on one of the trains too. Definitely noticed the rattle at various points during the layout but worse at the final element. Thanks for the updates guys and keep the vlogs coming!

i went to alton towers for the first time last year and it was amazing ;) hopefully i get to go again this year to ride nemesis reborn, and i shouild hopefuilly get my ride acceess pass :D when i went i loved nemesis subterra it was awesome

Went on nemesis reborn for the first time today. For me it's no where near as intense as old nemmy. The only time I've greyed out was on the original downward helix. However still a great ride and the theming is awesome.

We had 2 great back row rides one day, superb.The next day we had 3 rides, varying rows and they were more than rattling they were bone shaking and gave me a headache.It was like a different coaster.I left totally baffled as to how it rode flawlessly one day and badly the next.A staff member suggested it was slightly more windy but I wasn't so sure.

In terms of theming under Nemesis, I would personally prefer to see ivy or some other creeping plant than gravel and stones. I think greenery is always a better option than just leaving an area grey and boring. If there were any pipes that needed to be on the ground, ground covering plants would hide them but still make them accessible if need be.

I went to towers on monday and it was bad weather so the queues was so short i went on nemesis 3 times in a row and it was walk on. The 0G roll was quite rough but that might just be the rain affecting the ride. Love the theming. the front 2 rows are the best

Ive had a freind who went to the park on the 1st of May and they were only running 4 rows and constantly switiching trains again he said technicians were walking up and down the track looking like they were trying to listen to something. It may possible be that rattling amongst the trains ???

Apparently a restraint pop can temporarily shut a row for a couple of cycles whilst they fill out an incident report, might explain why they weren't loading the front row on the first few trains of the video

I went on Nemesis: Reborn for the first time a few weeks ago. It was on the front row and I have to say it was really awesome! It would be nice if the waterfalls return soon.
