Can you just just make the Fillow Elite, but taller/wider? All I really want is an inflatable pillow that has a 7" high bladder (at the center) and a 2" foam top. The Fillow King doesn't cut it... the foam doesn't do much once the pillow is inflated.

Hi there! Remove the cover and wash either by hand or in a washing machine, gentle setting. Then either air dry or put in the dryer on lowest setting!

Does this pillow also have the foam on top of the air core or is it just in the interior?

I have just purchased 2 of these and one thing I was surprised about is the bladder looks like a see through plastic bag that will puncture very easily. It's also a bit crinkly on the sound front. I am yet to try them out on a camping trip to give my verdict on how comfortable they are to sleep with. One thing I will say is I would not inflate to full capacity, as they felt too hard. The cover is amazingly soft though.

Where the hell is the "included stuff sack"? What are the hook and loop patches about?

Hi there! The stuff sack folds into the cover of the Fillo King and can be pulled out via velcro on the opposite side of the valve. The loops are for just general convenience. One example would be if you wanted to carry your pillow not in the stuff sack, you can use a carabiner to attach it to your bag. Hope that helps!
