Nemo was actually a bit hoarse when they went on stage, so they had to hold back during the song. I'm really curious how much they power they will put into their performance on saturday.
Marijuana really made me fall in love with this song. The way the D&B base and piano are combined with opera in this composition is amazing. It's like God composed this song. But the perfection of Nemo singing the song, as if they were one. Nemo's 10 in technique, voice, interpretation and transmission of emotions. I also really like the musical reference to League of Legends (minute 1.54 to 2.16) the reference to jamiroquai in the rap part of the video clip. The reference to the matrix, to the code, and in the grand finale when he dodges bullets like Neo (minute 2.55 to 3.01). The musical reference to James Bond at minute 2.20 to 2.40. This part is very intense and epic, what a climax. The work on the choruses is the best of the entire song, it's worth listening to it again just to pay attention to the choruses. And finally, the message of hope, faith and good energy that the song transmits is very worthy. Nemo definitely brought the code.
@@yee7700 The comment is phrased super politely. How do you take that as toxic? And pointing it out is literally the only way to make sure people know moving forward.
Nemo is a fake winner, the real winner is Croatia, which was confirmed by televoting, Eurovision died in Sweden, many countries will withdraw from the competition next year, unfortunately.
I loved Croatia too. Our favourite. But when Nemo came out you can't deny his talent and amazing vocals. We try not to watch anything online and wait for the final. I do wonder if Europapa had participated how the televote would have been. Both Croatia and Netherlands were fun and more entertaining. But when I saw Nemo and his performance I fell in love and thought he'd defo be the winner.
So last year Finland won? They won televoting. Who withdrew? Nobody… The original vote was the jury. The televote only came decades later! So don‘t be bad losers and claim, that the win was stolen.
