NENA 2013 Interview with Christian Volger from Gallaudet 

This past week at the NENA 2013 Conference in Charlotte, NC, I was honored to be able to interview Christian Volger from Gallaudet University on our joint work at the #FCC on text to 911, and access to emergency services by persons who are deaf, deaf-blind, and hard of hearing as well as individuals with speech disabilities.
