My order is shipping October 6th. I complained, they gave me 10 dji credits? What does that mean? I complained profusely. I accused them of a product defect, or their plant shut down. How did all these youtubers get their product? Don't promote a product if you can't support it. And, none of the youtubers told us, by the way, you won't get product till mid October?

Yes dji was a little deceptive why didnt they call it a pre order they literally sent me an email saying it was ready for purchase so you order it and find out later it's not even shipping for a month how many multi millions of dollars of customers money is dji holding without providing the product that was paid for not cool dji
