Very sorry to see these cabs did not withstand the test of time, very well. Hope you got everything sorted on these machines. Very cool to notice the hand written manufacturing date, and signature under the control panel, though. Thanks for sharing this.
I want a whole cabinet so bad lol I have a 1 slot board on a supergun that supports AVS sticks and I absolutely love it, but it'd be so nice to play on the cabinet itself. I got KOF98, SVC and SamSho4 in my arsenal :P I plan to hunt one down when I move out of home lol Though unless I get one that has a bad CRT, I should be in luck since my supergun can essentially act as an interace for all the hardware on a regular JAMMA arcade machine.
ty8rown I see them for sale pretty often. I recommend joining the Arcade Exchange facebook group or the Neo Geo MVS Collectors group. The members will usually re-post items that they see for sale on their local marketplace

Foxbody Stang I’ve cleaned them both up, replaced the joysticks, cleaned the buttons, replaced all of the micro switches, removed the rust from the underside of the control panels, replaced the control panel overlays, cleaned up the MVS PCBs, re-capped the monitors and replaced the flyback, replaced the marquee lights and coin rejects, etc. I’ve also purchased new memory card slot decals, new side art for the 4-slot, new t-molding, new corner protectors, and repro mini-marquee lights but I’ve been waiting until the weather warms up before working on those bits and doing some bondo work. I actually didn’t think about just how much work has gone into these until typing it all out here... yikes
