@Paul Martin they also have a wide ammo spread tho. That’s my point. Elite darts r more likely 2 hit a target when there’s more than 1 flying towards an opponent at the same time. They’re also more effective the closer u r to a target, which is exactly what a shotgun is 2. Shotguns benefit from a balance between projectile spread and projectiles count (meaning the # of projectiles in each shot/round). Elite darts r naturally inaccurate, which means they will have a wide spread. Most nerf dart blasters only fire 1 round at a time. Nerf shotguns on average fire 2-3 rounds per shot, making them good 4 CQB or HVZ. That’s where nerf shotguns like the rough cut and the Trilogy excel: they were built 2 take advantage of their ammo, not just 2 feed them. The elite dart still has a place and purpose in our hobby. They’ve just been perceived the wrong way

You hate to see it Like, I love other brands as much as the other guy, but some people are just mad for the sake of being mad Like that comment on the MK3, where one guy said "Notice how they aren't naming their blasters dumb stuff like the Demolisher or the Negotiator. It's the Dart Zone MK3! They're changing stuff up!" So I have to reply with "Yeah. DZ doesn't name their blasters names such as the Villainator, the Matrixfire, and the Conquest. It's just MK3"

I do think Hasbro will fix the issues with Elite 2.0 involving quality once they release blasters like the Eaglepoint. In my opinion, the only flaws they still need to fix with Ultra is the dart quality and dart price.

@@RealSirMikay my issue with the Ultra line was the new dart that nobody asked for, was a blatant lie about accuracy and range, and the price of every blaster. I loved the design of all except the Three, especially things like the Two and Pharaoh. Hopefully elite 2.0 improves with time, or at least had good, functional gimmicks (the flip 32 seems to work fairly well, even though the 16 doesn’t)
