Umbreon anyday... Is so annoying to play VS umbreon cleffa and decidueye blastoise and whatever u feel is broken as the final spot like crustle for example.. U CAN'T go near them and the problem is not cleffa but the damage from crustle and umbreon just uses the curse mové whatever his name is to make 100% shots from the owl hit
Clefable is most likely the best support in solo queue but I think the best support in a 5 stack will always be Hoopa because the ability to instantly heal your entire team to full hp every 12 seconds just seems too good
It’s crazy to say but clefable is actually a better pick then hoopa depending on what your enemy team runs clefable is extremely well rounded unlike hoopa who’s longer cd and gimmick are better for a tanker team comp clef has cc and a shield with follow me and gravity shuts down so many high value picks it’s insane water bear,luca,zoroark,blast can be shut down a lot 65 percent of the cast uses dash moves

I was going up against Moonlight Follow Me Clefable the other day as Rapid Spin Blastoise thinking I can counter this. Turns out, Follow Me stops your Water Spout mid Rapid Spin because they gave Blastoise “Hinderance Resistance”
@@nicolomanfrini8671only recently. As a Clef main for many seasons you never saw it. Most slept on Mon in the game. Clef mains have known its power for a long time but we were only a few playing it.

I think it's been held back by a combination of competition from other very powerful supports, auto attackers metas which aren't too friendly to it, and the fact that (this might be an opinion but I think it's a pretty widespread one) it's boring to play.
If you get good enough to anticipate the enemy moves and trap them in gravity right as they jump in it isn’t boring to play. But that takes a lot of experience and vigilance in constantly knowing where your team and enemy is positioned to play at that level.
@@spinningnovagaming don't get me wrong I don't necessarily think it's easy, I'm not a support player so I wouldn't know. But I've tried it and I hate how much it feels like a heal bot.
@@jasonnordine8839 Because Scizor and Mamo are such oppressive threats to the balance of the game that they deserve to lose the ability to play. Also, by this logic, you should hate Clefable, because it stops some counters from working (Dragapult v. Mimikyu), but Gravity lacks a hard counter
Lol hard disagree, it's not broken, people just don't understand target prioritization. Kill the Clefable -> no more heals -> kill the rest of the team Follow Me should get a buff and do some damage imo
this. literally any game that has healers people know to stack anti heal and healers die first. healers are supposed to be strong, they are top kill target.
Even then, those are not particularly recent nerfs, with Blissey being the most recent, right? As far as I am aware, Cleffable has not been messed with too terribly much. One or two buffs since launch and some bug fixes, if memory serves. Or... perhaps this was just a clickbaity video like he was discussing with Cris during casting yesterday. I mean, of course a support is gonna do well in a competent (pretty sure pro-level) five-stack team...
Clefable has been broken since release, the reason why it hasn't seen a lot of play is a combination of the attacker meta kinda making gravity useless and just how boring it is to play.
@rodrigovelasquez9854 people finally understand that support healing with stacking is better than just exp share.. 3 item slot and finally they get to use two of them EFFICIENTLY
Clifary may be best healer right now, but when my team dont have support, my favorite support is Mean Look + Wish Umbreon. Its diferent heal, as its single target and one big burst (over all not that good, but in the lane is great), and with stacking can heal over 30% of attacker/speedter HP. Its Mean Look can shot down so many pokemon similar to Gravity. Its so satyafing when you cage elussive speedster and your team demolish him, or you rescue your teammate from enemy pursuit. And can soak so much damage.
Clef being able to put up 150k healing period is a problem. Especially in later stages of the game it feels like Clef just allows everything in its circle to be healed to almost full. I think nerfing the sp atk scaling of moonlight and up time on gravity would actually make the clef feel “fair” whatever that means
I don't think it needs to be nerfed but maybe a cooldown one to gravity with a buff to the size. Follow me gets you in range your teammates running from being healed and gravity helps your team not get runover by Zoroark. But the whole time you are a sitting duck if your enemy just waits for gravity to finish. Plus, the unite move is awful cause you never know what is coming. If you can't heal or defend your team the mon is useless. I'd like a mon with healing and cooldown reduction for the team like coaching. Thanks for the stream yesterday. I like the Cris Jake duo.
I got clefable and I loved to see urshifu and zoroark full of confidence trying to chase me and having their dash moves being frustrated by her abilities 😂
Does Clef feel broken when under constant curse? No. Teams just need to have two curse users on a team. But nerf healers while curse items exist? They can become so useless so fast, especially Clef with no damage capabilities.
To be fair I feel like all supporters heal way too much when played at least competently, but they're all broken in different ways. The most outrageous thing about clefable is gravity. Elldegoss has no right doing as much damage as it does while healing and shielding. Blissey shouldn't be that tanky and the healing scaling should be changed so it can't keep up with it's healing even from three or four levels behind, and so on.
I disagree. I love clefable. I solo que and when I'm stuck with 3 attackers and a speedster clefable is my only hope of winning the game. She is counterable in my opinion by teams working together. I agree gravity could be changed/nerfed, but please timi don't touch the healing.
It is the moonlight+ for me, as huge range and massive healing to all the team which you are usually in big fights close together at that time, very, very VERY powerful mon
I’m honestly fine with supporters being busted; until we get more added to the roster and people actually play them more often in SoloQ the supporters need some extra support
You don't understand the gravity of the situation. But the Moonlight will be your guide. So follow me to a brighter future with clefable not being nerfed. It's a supporter. Not a broken speedster or attacker!
lol I’ve been saying that for so many seasons. No one heals like a stacking Clef. Not even close. Average 135-150k heal in solo duo. Many 190-200k games. But I was happy when it was undervalued and I was the only one picking it. 😂 been running Clef Zach lane for like 4 seasons in duo running people out of bottom lane. It’s by far the best support in the game if played correctly. Must stack. It made me cringe when you said never stack a support tier list after tier list. But support mains know what’s up with that role. Most undervalued position.
Clefable is good in a 5 stack. But playing clef feels awful in solo q. Blissey has better single target heals and yiu can just follow the carry around.
Clefable needs a defense _nerf_ . If it at least dies quickly once it gets caught, that would at least be slightly balanced, and better than what we have now
Buff draining kiss so it heals you and ally, nerf moonlight healing, nerf gravity and follow me cooldown, I’d love a metronome buff lol perhaps make it have the lowest cool-down unite that isn’t blaziken or dragapult.

All healing needs nerfed heavy I keep telling people mons like wiggly and and mime are way better supports but because healing is extremely broken really not running a healer and seeing one on the enemy team is a nightmare only elde takes a bit of skill but not much the click and heal for 200k a game is so cringe
Jake, fof the love of god why are you leading this propaganda? Clefable is only effective on a team. ONLY. EFFECTIVE. ON. A TEAM. Only a properly organised team can ACTUALLY take Clef and use it to its maximum capabilities. Solo q is literally the worst way to play Clefable, if anything by Unite player's logic we should be complaining about Elde, it heals too much, its splashable on every team and it has a knock up that stops you from playing the game
