I’m Italian and have been drinking espresso since ever. Like many Italians, I was sceptical about Nespresso machines and coffee. However, after trying Nespresso coffee brewed with their own machines, I have to say that their espresso is just like that of a traditional Italian bar. I got myself a Creatista Pro, and the espresso that I drink now brings me back home every day (I now live in the UK). All the information in this video is explained clearly and professionally. Abigail's entire approach, presence and enthusiasm, make these master classes so worthwhile. Hat's off to her style. Being new to all this, watching these has helped me to land some early successes with the Nespresso machine. And for someone who's 'all thumbs' like me, that's saying something.
If I was making this video I would pause and drink every single cup as I made it. The last few would be very fast spoken though! She sure made them all look good and I can't wait to try them.

Wow, Abigail knows her stuff, i have an original (10 years old) Lattissimo + and only ever make Latte's with it :) its never been used for anything else ! If this excellent machine ever breaks then i know which machine to get now. Thanks for another excellent video.
I like the Barista machine when making the mocha but in my case what I make a mocha I would just use just the Nespresso machine and the Aerochinno. How I would make it is break four Nespresso chocolate squares onto the cappuccino cup, brew an espresso onto the cup, stir it to melt the chocolate in order to incorporate the espresso with the chocolate and then use the Aerochinno and add the foamed milk directly into my cup of Mocha. That means that I'd flavor first the espresso and leave the milk and milk foam as it is when adding them to my cup.
Amazing presentation! I recently bought the Citiz and absolutely love it. I have tried most of their original pods and prefer the espresso pods over the lungos. Have also tried Starbucks, Pete's, and our new favorite Cafe Bustelo.

Yes, they sell the different machines separately and it's really annoying, unless you want to buy a mega expensive one that has the milk foamer built in.
Can you do some recipes for NON-dairy milk? I use oat milk barista edition because I find it froths better, almond milk not working so well, and other seed milks almost not at all. But could use some advice.

Hi Mohammed, the amount of caffeine in a coffee depends on the blend selected, and the amount of water that passes through a capsule. The more water that passes through it, the higher the amount of caffeine in the end cup. The caffeine content of a Nespresso capsule is between 50 and 90mg, with some exceptions. Many thanks

Hi I recently bought a creatista pro. When i try and make an americano it is a but too runny for me. I would like a rich full bodied coffee. Which pods are best for that?
Hi Kamran, we'd recommend using a higher intensity Lungo size capsule from the World Explorations range, such as Cape Town Envivo Lungo or Stockholm Fortissio Lungo. You can either have two capsules in one drink to create the Americano, or, have one capsule and top up with water as needed. Many thanks.

One will do it. Depending upon the capsule you choose the intensity will vary, and using a lungo as an espresso might not give you as good of a shot as one crafted for espresso specifically (although I've never personally had a problem with this).
Does anybody else really not like froth? I don't like it at all. It's not a nice texture to drink as it has no body/volume to it, and it's cold. Horrible stuff lol
The videographer needs to finish his coursework; what's with all the side angles where she continues to talk forward? Nestle's a huge company; they can afford a skilled technical fellow to match her professional presentation. But, she is cute and very skillful.
The videography is fine, it’s just a coffee tutorial, not a movie. It does what it needs to do, looks good, and shows all the steps well. Just because they are a big company does not mean they will spend thousands of $ on one 15 min RU-vid tutorial.
