After an hour of trying every method I knew that worked in the past, this worked in 2 seconds! I didn't have a cork, I just inserted my pinky to block, and felt hot water 2 seconds later. Brilliant!! Thanks!

You know what? Straight from Brazil: I had given up on my machine because it refused to pump the water... I was ready to get rid of it when I decided to try to find any good idea before giving up. A Paper towel worked for me! I just folded it and closed it over the mechanism to block the hole and held it while I pulled a shot (I did not stuff the towel inside the pipe, just covered it up). Water went right through the paper towel like it would on a pod
The only legit technique, and smart one too! Blocking the air pump from one side will eventually open up from the other side removing all the air stuck in there !!! BINGO
I manage to get the clog fits into the capsule space barely yet the machine refuse to even try proceed pumping. It will at least try when there's nothing at all in that space. Any clues dear?
Carefully help the cork from below to go into the hole channel, you don't need to close it completely just keep some pressure with the lever meanwhile is pumping.
