I was playing with it for an hour until I watched this, only had to jiggle the thing 😂 I also cleaned out the tiny hole that the water comes out in the middle of the spinny thing and that was when it stopped blinking 🤷🏼♀️ thank you for this video!!!

Excellent, thank you. You fixed my machine. Love the coffee, but the machine has been nothing but a royal pain. Two calls to technical support got me nowhere. But, they did put a $10.00 credit on my account. I suppose I should thank them for that.

Try this. It worked for me. Step 1. Do a factory reset: Close the head. Leave the lever in "UNLOCKED" position. Push the button 5 times within 3 seconds. The button will blink slowly 5 times to confirm reset is done. Step 2. Unplug the machine and plug it back in. Somehow this solved the problem.
