NETBALL!- Red Rover 

This video aims to get players warmed up before training with an element of fun.
Drill Instructions:
1) Players to line up on transverse line or baseline on the court.
2) One player is 'in' they will try to tip other players. To start the players, the player in the middle calls ’NETBALL!’
3) Players run across to opposite transverse. Players dodge, change pace and use spatial awareness to avoid being tipped.
4) Winner is the last person left.
Progression:
Start a new game, last person 'tipped' is now in.
Repeat the game using different movements.
Game 1: skipping
Game 2: side stepping
Game 3: Running.
