@@imsteelehere Omg I know I was in such disbelief! There is still hope that they will bring it back!!!! Theres a petition on change.org with over 1.1 million signatures and the fans have got together and paid for billboards across Canada in phoenix and Times Square! Apparently the "Save Anne with E" campaign to renew the show is unprecedented in TV history and has surpassed any other "save a series". So I would be shocked if it doesnt come back. COVID of course isn't helping right now, but I think it'll be back!
Moira, if I had known that this series was made years ago, it would have saved me from so many things. Moira you are an amazing writer and director. It is absolutely brutal what you have achieved together with Amybeth. It is a series that has completely changed my life. Congratulations!!!!! I have not stopped crying and crying.

@@aud8345 I think he might have meant that during that time period it wasnt accepted in society, so people thought there was no such thing as people of the same sex loving each other, or if they had heard of it it was thought of as wrong.

petta2007 why is homosexuality a subject not for our children to see? do we just assume that everyone is born straight? are kids not allowed to be openly gay or exposed to that? tons of children attend pride parades, it’s nothing to hide. and it is suitable for the whole family, it’s starts the conversation and can help a child come out to their parents if they were afraid too before.
@@aud8345 I completely agree with you! And it was discussed so lightly in the show they didnt dwell on it, which is realistic to that time period, and since when is the topic of a person loving another person bad right!
