In this video we don't only visit Utrecht (the alternative to Amsterdam some say) but we also make it to the old city of Maastricht where we finally manage to complete our Netherlands eating quest!

Wonderful video. It was so nice to see Utrecht, I love those resto's along by the canal and there are so many cool bars/cafe's in that area. Great to see that Lisa likes her new bike, she wears it well ! I've never been to Maastricht but it looks like a place worth a visit. Those Frites looked so good. Lekker Lekker !

Thanks Ronan! Both Utrecht and Maastricht are really nice. We almost skipped out on Maastricht but it's definitely well worth a stop. We've been cycling quite a bit in the last couple of weeks and so far so good! 😋

Andrea and Lisa, congratulations for your channel, I've been watching channels on the topic you're dealing with for a few years now, but you're the best with various very good, simple explanations of what's experienced in nomadic life. Could you please make an episode specifically about countries that do not belong to the European Union, we need insurance, road taxes, etc. Also, you are welcome in our little Cyprus, it would be an interesting destination. We were in Maastricht a year ago and we stayed in Papillon - we actually had the pitch next to the end one where you stayed. A great city and well worth a visit

Such a good film guys - Maastricht looks amazing and what a great spot for an aires so close to the city at a sensible price. We're paying about 1.83 in Ireland by the way (for diesel) We love the way you two tour towns and cities - views, snacks and facts!

There was a section when you were walking through a square and it almost looked like a drone - was that the extended selfie stick?

That's correct. It's a 3m 'invisible' stick for the 360 camera. Now we just have to figure out how to hide the shadow. 😁

Maybe the fuel is a bit expensive but with the taxes on fuel you get a nice camperspot and excellent roads 😉

Hi Andre.. I’m interested to know what you guys are planning to do with your drone .. whilst in Morocco? We did Morocco last winter and didn’t take our drone ? Or have you applied for a special license?

Not sure yet. We're thinking of leaving our drone and Bicycles in Spain. Definitely not up for any hassles. But I'm already sad to have to be without the drone.

Just fun fact. Not sure if you realised . @04:22 you were on a square watch the Domtoren (scaffold though). In the pavement you see grey and red stones in a pattern. Where you stood there was another part of the church but over time demolished. So, centuries back you would be actually standing inside a church.

To an extend they can understand Afrikaans. But it depends on the area as well. Afrikaans is probably 'closer' to Flemish.

@@marchulleman9276 het is een gracht, het is gegraven in aarde. Wat je ziet is de bodem, haal maar eens een glas door het water het is helder.

@@r.a.h7682 the water is not the problem. Just a lot of stuff floating around the canals . Also lots of garbage. Bottles , packaging and cigarette butts to be seen. Not unique to any country or city. It's pretty common everywhere.
