Hi.. Thanks for the details. Just to clarify, can a person with HSM not visit his home country even on a vacation for a month or say wants to work for some time remotely online from home country? Is that not possible in HSM? So any Indian can travel back only after 5 years. Is that what you mean? Do clarify.. Thanks in advance.

Awesome! Very insightful video! I have a Question I worked in Netherlands on HSM for one year in 2019. I had 30% rulling. Then I came back to India and worked here for 2 years. Now I am getting another job in NL on HSM in 2022. I want to know for how long will I get 30% ruling now. Will it be for remaining 4 years or just for 1 year? As my first 30% rulling started on Oct 2019.

Hi Sandeep, Awesome video! Thanks for the info you share with us! I have question: I want to move to Netherlands, currently working in Poland. However, when I apply for jobs i receive rejections and a lot of position stating that they dont provide visa sponsorship. In this case, is that enough to get an offer from employer and apply by myself? Can i indicate that I dont need sponsorship then? Thanks a lot!

Wait hold on, if you are a Highly skilled migrant visa and took a holiday like 1-2 weeks only with the same employer is that okay? Or should be taken into consideration as well when applying for blue card?

You can switch easily countries in EU with Blue card, still get PR without issues. You can work in Netherlands while in Germany if you have a German employer & posted you in Netherlands

Hi Pranjal, yes you can visit family, it’s just that you cannot stay out of the country for long stays like 6 months (don’t remember exact duration). Yes your spouse can search on dependent visa itself
