Great overview of the parkrun. It's a pity, as well as surprising, that you didn't manage to film as much as a yacht whilst running along the shore, the biggest ships in the world regularly sail past to and from the docks. Keep up the good work.
If you want a niche running / history fact then Jim Peters, the famous marathon runner of the 1940s and 1950s, spent his war there dishing out glasses to troops who needed them. He was in the RAMC. Welcome to the world of RU-vid parkrun content creation.
No way! Definitely a lot of history in the area. We loved reading all the fact boards about the hospital and Queen Victoria. He sounds a legend! Thank you, loving it so far.
