I had Netwatch, Maelstrom, Tyger Claws, Arasaka, and 6th Street all jump me at once today. Scared the bajeebus outta me when 7 cars full of people trying to kill me suddenly appeared right behind me
That’s pretty cool. It would be neat if you get Netwatch randomly attacking you for using Erebus or Canto if you’ve got a bad relationship with them already.
depending on where you are in the story, where you are on the map, and what decisions you've made, you will be randomly attacked by hostile forces that are not ncpd or the barghest law enforcers. This attack was randomly brought on the person who uploaded the video, and the shard states the reasoning
I just got this interaction for the first time. I’ve been using Canto a lot and while in dog town I summoned a car to store some weapons and as soon as I got in my car it said combat then the netwatch agents came out of nowhere. Really sucks cuz I thought things were cool after I helped out their agents but I guess not.
I mean keep in mind Netwatch as a corp will always use and abuse everything in sight. Even if you go along with Bryce in Pacifica he puts a bug on you to track you and follow through with you when you return to the Voodoo Boys. That's kind of why when I met with the Dogtown netwatch agent I didn't care to go along with his plan and stuck to the original Fixer contract.
My first battle against Netwatch was funny since I was walking in Dogtown then boom they just suddenly rammed and attacked me while I was near some Barghest soldiers. The ensuing battle was so funny since I ran away and both Netwatch and Barghest just keeps shooting each other.
So they have a shard on them... Interesting, I reckoned their attack might be connected to Blackwall weapons, but I just always use the self-destruct hack on their cars. They've already attacked me several times, I wonder if they'll keep coming forever or just until I read the shard
Until reading shard I guess. I had only one netwatch encounter in the middle of fight with other gang, killed netwatch agent,read the shard and that's all. I always wondered why they sent only 1 agent to take me down, now i get that's the deal in the shard😌
@@Chuck_Normiesno, has nothing to do with reading or not reading the shard. Got attacked by NW twice, once in DTown a couple of days ago and today at Corpo Plaza. Both teams had the same shard, read both ofc.
It wont happen when you use Erebus everytime, netwatch doesnt come after you like that, idk about limits, but it's not like using Bald Eagle in dogtown
