Network Analysis: Routing

I have a question, can the program Arc Gis analyze the road network and exactly determine the shortest path from point 1 to 2, and from 1 to 3 and from 1 to 4 that is, making several paths from one location to several points, and how is this done if I have one center and 12 thousand Point

Now is that include in the Arc Pro basic software suite , or do you have to buy an extra cost subscription license to use those tools and if so how much extra is it?

If i want to run another route, to diferents stops? How i delete the first one?

Please tell me what to do if the buttons in the module are not available?
