Excellent demo!!! I'm impressed for sure! Geez I can't wait to get mine from Sweetwater! Will you share the Dual High Gain preset? Sounds soooooo good!!!
Great product sounded stellar and really nice playing too. One of the better demos on the tube!! Could you do the EVH balance tone using the pitch block ( -9 / +9 ) stereo spread??? please no one has done that yet.
Great demo and playing. I very much appreciate you showing amp, cab and effect settings. It was a good learning experience that I shouldn't be afraid to add/subtract significantly to get the sound I want. I often think I shouldn't have to adjust too much with modelers for some reason.
Great demo. Does anyone know what other piece of gear is necessary to make this sound this good? I mean, it may go straight to foh but if I want an amp behind me, can I connect it to a regular amp (bypassing the preamp) or do I need yes or yes a full range flat response amp? I'm asking all this becuase I want to get rid of my eventide and strymmon full pedalboard (which is great connected both to an amp or foh), but I don't know how to connect this. Thanks
No... It is just that the quad cortex tends to capture the amps with less gain. The Kemper uses to do the opposite... With both units you have to tweak the capture/profile to match the real amp. But when you do... Th QC gets closer the the real amp... I have both units and I have tested them extensively
It sounds pretty good, but not significantly better than Axe Fx, Kemper or Helix. I may eventually buy this but at least until it gets a well developed user community and a stable cycle of updates.
People have been telling me to sell my FM3 and get one of these.... Talking as far as tone, from the recordings I have heard it is not better. I have yet to use one of Neural DSP's products that sounds as good as their commercials look. Kemper killer! people say lololol get the f outta here with that bs.
