Thank you for sharing this video. So much of it I can relate. This should be the mainstream therapy for children with cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental disabilities!!!
Really good method brilliant, people can say what they want but it works better than traditional stuff for my spine. This method saved my quality fo life, but I wonder why the feldenkrais didn’t work to begin w and I think it was because I suffered some severe back trauma and the injury was not ready to release. However, Anat expanded upon the method and she totally innovated the feldenkrais method.
