Curious? People on carnivore diets or PKD diet protocol of paleomedicina based in Hungary, are curing all forms of disease. But, I am sure that this limited diet doesn’t encourage diverse microbiome. Although I haven’t seen a paper on that topic. It does however usually fix intestinal permeability. Perhaps brain barrier permeability as well ?? So does a carnivore diet cure dysbiosis? Or does it just prevent immune reactions? If someone on carnivore got a fecal transplant could they regain the ability to eat more diverse selection of foods without suffering bloat and or inflammation?

Listen you want to clear all problems try a plant base raw diet, meaning only eat raw fruits and raw vegetable. Juice or eat it raw for 30 days. See how you feel and thank me later.

@@Brazen_knight if you have gut motility issues than diets high in fiber cause problems. Antivinculin antibodies can be produced in response to various anti microbial agents such as E. coli , campylobacter, tick bite saliva etc.

@@Brazen_knight I added fruit to my keto carnivore diet one month. Testosterone skyrocketed to the 400’s and cyst on ovaries occurred. My gut microbiome doesn’t allow me to eat any carbs. Problem started after several tick bites. I have alpha-gal and Constipation when I eat fiber too. If I eat too much meat (glutamate) I also have a reaction. The same reaction if I eat sugar. Mental health issues.

@@anonymoususer7606What kinds of foods can you eat? What food plan makes you feel your best?

@@Jen.E fat doesn’t appear to cause inflammation. Coconut oil, lard, tallow, duck fat, egg yolks. Meat also appears to be safe but excessive amounts of meat will cause mental health issues. I assume it’s the high amount of glutamate . I love vegetables. But too much fiber and I will be terribly constipated. So I try to eat fermented veggies mostly and still in small amounts.
