Thanks for stopping and smelling the... mud. Absolutely essential to the wonderful experience of motorcycling is that sudden temp drop or passing smell, seeing pronghorn, or standing on the pegs at 80mph. Hats off again, Sterling! I've been watching this series, awesome scenery! Now I want to get a motorcycle.......lol Can picture myself in those locations. You're like a cowboy out there, instead of a horse you have a bike(motorcycle), riding the highway like cowboys used to ride the trails. Thanks for sharing. : )

Sterling seeing the footage of northern Nevada reminds me of the movie Nomadland with Frances McDormand. There's footage of northern Nevada and so "familiarity" is the word of the day for me. It's at this juncture that I ask what would Persig be thinking ?
