I think it's great that the kids all call themselves sisters and brothers. Yet the biological kids still have strong bond that siblings have and the fact they have been adopted together is great!

That’s probably true. However it costs a $1,000 a week to feed and dress and pay utilities for that tribe just so you can have a playmate. Do you think they have a money tree in the back yard???

This is so important, a lack of celebration for your birthday in childhood can cause lasting effects into adulthood to the point where you loathe your own birthday and don’t feel special. It can turn into a day of trauma instead of a day of celebration, I can talk from experience… I’m very happy Nevaeh gets to feel on top of the world on the most important day of the year 😊

I never had a wedding even though I married twice, never went to prom, never had a baby shower or a bridal shower and no one has ever thrown me a surprise party before. Never had a honeymoon either.

Some of my favorite memories are from going out with my mom early in the morning to like a thousand stores preparing for a siblings party. This video made me feel sooo happy now that I’m away at college :)
