Square footage is a loose term. This is not regulated. Is it the living space, the exterior dimensions, does it include a garage, or a dead space that is unreachable in the attic? No way to tell. How is it measured, is it by the floor plans, the actual floor space, or some other vague calculation? No way to tell. High tension towers have not been linked to any sort of physical medical issue. It does cause mental distress in some people. The claims of medical issues are ALWAYS rumor told third hand with less than accurate details. Here's what we know: EMF does not change biochemistry. Look at the wildlife around towers. Look at plant life around the towers. The rest I agree with.
Towers ia psychological thing . Square footage- heated living area , is what is typically called square footage - is space that is heated and cooled... each room is measured , and square footage is added up. It does NOT include attic , crawlspace, garage .
@@EliMagidsLuxuryHomes "Square footage- heated living area , is what is typically called square footage" Since the term is not a legal descriptor, we can see it as a marketing term. As far as I know, no state is imposing a bound on the term specifically in reference to definition. I have seen rough guidelines in reference to what you said, however I wouldn't count on any enforcement. Personally I have walked through houses that state 1200 sq ft in an ad, 1400 in the deed, and the city looked at the property and gave another figure entirely.
