Believe it or not, I'm building a 4 gen civic sedan for drifting. So far this project has been pain in the ass, but the only thing left right now is to convert it to rear wheel drive, and as soon as covid19 situation settles, I'm gonna cross the border and get my rwd parts. Wish me luck.
I see u fam! Starting to look slimmer! Keep it up g. The only reason I would camber my rear wheels is because I have a stock ka24de on some 17x11 -44 on some 205/45 😂😂😂 I’m a noob! I wanted to get into drifting but wanted to be a hot boi. I think u also told me to put maybe 50 psi to compensate on the stock hp lol
Haugen Racing thanks for the input! I’ve been wanting to swap it for an sr but if I can’t even get this ka24de running I will probably have just as much problems with a car with boost. Like I said I’m a noob:/
hey, im about to get my first car (350z) can i use it as a drift car and a daily driver also i love the videos i know your channel will blow off soon enough. Thanks for the great content
You could do it but it won't be the best you can possibly get for either application. Unless you're willing to sacrifice performance for drivability or vice versa, its probably best to have one clean daily and a car on the side that you can beat on without worrying about driving it to work everyday or breaking it.
You: "good car to start with is 200-300hp" Me who has school and is 15 yo and the cash isn't easy to get: "well, I have a 135hp car and dads turbokit on the shelf"
I would say your 2nd topic was kinda ehh, i definitely agree that people need to drive more and not waste time on spending on their car. But Like I guess this is minor... Pro drivers are probably building a car and need to spend most of their time to finish their build. Once its done they can go out and test drive it many times until their tune and setup is how they want it. Like I said, its very minor but I just thought that some people in the pro levels have to do that. Otherwise, amazing video!!! I'll be using most of these tips once I get my car 🤘🏿
Imma have to disagree with you chief...Like yea PROS do it all the time, but they have experience in drifting. Like, you could have the coolest and most unique car on the track, but if you can't drive your own car you took 2 years to build for that purpose, you're gonna make yourself look bad. Get your skills up first and then do the build
