A swim spa is an investment in your well-being, family life, and backyard. To protect your investment, you want to do things right. Your retailer will share guidelines about what you should do.
But what should you avoid?
In this video, Ben and Mari share their list of what not to do when you are installing, enjoying, and maintaining a Master Spas swim spa.
Among the things that you should not do:
Don’t fill the swim spa or hot tub before the electric is hooked up. While your swim spa will be turned off during the filling process, you will want to have power once the water is in.
Can you put a swim spa on gravel? No. Gravel cannot support the weight of a swim spa when filled with water. The best base for a swim spa is a 6-inch reinforced concrete pad.
Do not overthink the chemicals.
Don’t swim too close to the jets of the swim spa.
