Life saver, had the identical issue this morning. Dead battery, popped the front and it sort of opened but stayed latched. You were the only one online with a fix. Much appreciated.

Manny! There is a tool in the accessories to open the secondary latch on the speedtail when you manually open the bonnet, There is key holder on the rear of the clam left hand side behind the rear wheel, and the tool to open the key fob

You should insert the mechanical key into the manual door release key holder, to open the door. If the safety latch cannot be reached by hand, locate the manual bonnet release tool provided in the accessories bagㄡ

Hey Manny, you need a vehicular butler. A full time employee who turns up in the morning and makes sure every vehicle is charged and ready to go...provides regular maintenance updates, value updates and also can delivers a car to you wherever you are. You could go to lunch in one car and drive home in another, you would never have to move the cars again because your 'Geeves' would have whichever vehicle you wanted ready for you key in hand ready to go. 😎

Manny, Manny, Manny, all you needed to do was the first time you put the car over the charger was make sure it was connecting then mark out where the wheels need to sit with some tape on the floor then you dont have this problem or need to rely on an app that also requires a device with a battery to operate.

To get the key out with an allen key at the back of your car on the passenger side there should be in allen key their for it stradman shows you during one of his videos
