This is a new series for LIRDANCE TV. Studio format breakdowns of what makes this dance great. All the material works in a social dance setting. This video discusses the 3 main "prep steps" follows use for any movement in Salsa or Mambo. So LADIES if you focus on just these 3 preps, you will always be ready.
