Where’s the scientific proof? Show us the studies. Apples are a great antacid and solve many a gut pain even at bedtime for me., Apples are great anytime but make sure you wash them well before eating. Insecticides are on the skin or wax that makes them shine. Where does this guy get his information from?

They intentionally make videos longer so they can get more money with more ads. They really need to keep videos under 5 minutes. A 15-minute video is just too long and not necessary. This so-called Dr John just keeps going on and on about so many different things in order to do make his video longer and get more money. He just needs to stay focused on the subject matter that he's trying to get across.
