I haven't been drinking milk for decades because it contents lactose , then I have the lactose intolerance. In addition, someone said that the milk (dairy produts ) contains a hormone, which is able to propel tumors, like breast, and prostate cancers.😐

I got cut off at The crucial part of my mother's surgery was a gallbladderectomy I guess the milk over the sweet potato didn't help thank you for the hint so I'll take note of that for the rest of my life I never did do that though what the sweet potato and milk so I guess that's why mashed potatoes agree with so many people some even put sour cream in it besides the milk. Thank you for your advice. And boy did we pack on the calories in the 50s hamburger french fries and a malt wow no malts nowadays.

Oh I drink 2% lactose-free milk my daughter and I it agrees with us very much.

Back in the 60s and 70s maybe the '80s I'm not sure the Orange Julius didn't that have milk and orange and maybe a raw egg yuck but that was so bad we didn't know it back then I'm 90 years old and we did everything wrong. And my mother with leftover sweet potatoes the next day or the next day she would pour milk over it and eat it like a dessert poor mama she would have been up in her hundreds now of course since I'm 90 and she was 23-year-old years older than . Eventually she had a gallbladder ectomy.

I dislike sweet potatoes so would never eat them with milk or anything else. Also, I would never put sugar in my milk. I had relatives, young children from another country, would put spoonfuls of sugar in their milk. I wonder what happened to them. Milk with citrus, yuk! The narrator's voice is horrible so I won't listen to the end.
