This videos are so confusing, the images are in opposition to the narratives. What can be said in an organized manner, the good and bad combination are mixed in the narrative, one must put effort to see when one ends and the other begins. How easy to have it written on the screen what goes with what and what not goes with what at a separate time. Feels like these videos are made to disorganize the mind or perhaps are made by a disorganized mind, it can't help it.

@@JeffreyChiaSatuIndah anyone can call himself doctor. What this day we understand doctor to be is a MD. But doctor means teacher. So a doctor is to teach health preservation. He does this, however is doing a very poor job of it, such that is too hard to listen. Am no longer listening to long convoluted videos. What can be said in few minutes these video take so much more to say it. There is no respect for our time.

My ancestors ate sweet potatoes for decades. They had long lives. We ate sweet potatoes, too, both the leaves and the root crop.

The message is good,, but the Problem is its mixed up all together ,, so its would be (positive part of eating sweetpotates )the later the Negative or else which foods are not advisable to eat with sweet potatoes,,😮

Writing - easy to fix. Just put a word (like fried) and put a cross next to it. Then tomatoes with a tick next to it etc..

This is interesting. I only wish more thought would go into the visuals. We are told to boil the sweet potatoes with the skin, but the video shows it being peeled. Showing one thing and saying the opposite is quite annoying
