You are right, but- and it's a big but- he has a point that reasonates with so many men (or it SHOULD) because men have so much to lose if they encounter the wrong type of female. And the chances of every trick and law being used against that man are extremely high. A similar event happened to me too, friend. A woman filed a false witness report and even knowing she was lying, the cops and DA went for prosecution. They lost at trial but $52k in legal fees and two years of wondering if I would end up in the pen. One thing about court, her lying was blatant, especially to the jury.
