I have a theory that he has a damage reaction speedhack, where when he takes damage it's makes him faster so essentially making him teleport around map with speed.
BR is broken at the moment, the legendary Lobbys are full with Cheaters using Aimbot with HSO405. They never miss a shoot and ur one shoot even if u have 200 Armor. It really sucks. They really have to do something against this problem.

I wish there could be an anti-cheat software that comes with the update and ruins the phones of hackers on the game... It will make a lot of sense, so each time you hack, you destroy the phone you use. That'll be nice
you guyz shouldn't bother reporting that guy bcuz if it's a payed hack, he won't get banned bcuz codm are the ones selling those hacks to anyone who can afford and they won't listen to our cries cuz they are more interested with the money and not the player's user experience. that's one of the reasons codm is on the decline 😶🌫️

Looks like lag I've had it happen to me a few times and I've also been the one moving like that as well and when you run away with a lag this is exactly what it looks like but also his shots are registering so I'm not fully sure. But I've shot people while I was lagging only for them to run off and die behind a wall somewhere
