I'm 19 right now and I rememebr listening to his music when I was 13, as much as I miss his old music and as much as I used to listen to it I know there comes a time where you mature and Nsn have certainly done that and so have I,my taste in music has gone completely different and I'm sure alot of people are the same but I still have those NSN posters all over my room and chris's name painted on my bed lol, pretty crazy but this band is the reason I started getting into music and I will never forget them. Their recent music is wondeful and as long as Chris is happy with what he is doing I am also :) People change and that's normal, I only hope the best for them. If you were a a true fan of them you'd agree with me and just move on.
Farah 95' Oddly. I'm probably one of the few 40 yo that likes his work. My niece listened to NSN, and I was hooked, both as a musician and a poet. I think you're pretty perceptive in recognizing that our experiences change us. All of his music reflects himself as he was when he wrote it. Lyrically, I love his way of voicing things, and even more, I love his perseverance over the mistakes of his life. and that's what still speaks to me in his music.
Better & Better its wonderful hearing that! I guess age has nothing and to do with what music you listen to ,and that is the beauty of music,it has no limits.
I love all of Time Travel, but this version of lost at sea moves me in a whole different, more intense way. There is such a sense of yearning for something more, and not quite knowing the path to get there. It could be dangerous and lonely but you have to follow it, and only hope you can find your way back.
This song makes me want to cry because i feel like i need to leave this town i live in to be able to truly live my life without worries. I love the lyrics because thats how i feel about life right now. Christofer drew has been through so much, and its so obvious. I personally love recycled youth.. It shows how much he has grown as a person and in his voice I feel like its so much more than just lyrics to him. I love love love this.

I love Never Shout Never so fucking much, and no one around never understands my love. Im 17 now, and since I was 13, I have been in love. I loved their music then, and I love their music now. I like the change. Nothing else than chris and his music can make me feel like there's a reason in this reality. On my most hopeless days I always listen to NSN music, and it's like something inside me, tells me, that everything will be ok. It's like hope. I don't think I would be in this world if it wasn't for NSN. In school I had no friends, my only friend was my headphones playing NSN.. When people called me stuff, I just thought of Chris and how wonderful life is, just somewhere. Right now I'm crying like an idiot, over a guy who's a dick to me. And I fell so lonely and so meaningless. But Chris again, makes me realize hope and life. Thanks to Never Shout Never. For always being there, even without knowing. Love you.
I've been listening to nsn for a few years now but only the old songs I grow up on it makes me a little sad knowing one day I feel like nsn will be no more and there won't feel he same way with the new music Chris and the band really opened my eyes into love and teacher me things tru song and I'll never forget these old music they will be in my mind till the day I die, and I still listen to these old songs and makes me miss a lot of things but everything changes and gets differnt it's the way of life
Listening to this song again after like 3-4 years even it's a new version makes me feel sad. I realized that I miss the past and my sad&happy feelings. Maybe I shouldn't listen to this song again..
Holy crap .i did't see this on his site but now i do and i love it.Its just so good! The first time i listened to his music was last year and right now i'm 14 but i still concider myself a long time even before i knew who NeverShoutNever was fan.

This was beautiful😍 I loved the instrumentation at the end. The way this track was mellowed out compared to the original is so fantastic, and in my opinion adds more depth to the lyrics. Absolutely obsessed.
I once wrote those lyrics on a suicide note I tried to write when I was a wee kid haha . A yup I know now . But back then it felt like it meant something this song still makes me cry though .

At first I didn't like this version compared to the original, but as I continued listening I started to like it, but it unfortunately did not give me chills like the original did. Either way this song will forever be beautiful no matter the version. :)
eu não sei por que ficam tão abalados quando eles fazem algo diferente.... porra, o chris adora estar mudando e "exprementando" novas tecnicas/estilos diferentes para a musica dele e da banda, claro, que umas são melhores que outras, mas, porra, essas regraçoes estão legais, e bem "a cara dele" de acordo com o que ele é agora.
