The infidelity clause should be mutual. Women cheat just as much as, if not more than, men do.

Does the infidelity clause apply to her equally? Generally a pre-nup grants her assets for every year of successful marriage. For example if the marriage lasts 5 years she might be entitled to 20% 10 years 40% etc. Does the infidelity clause apply equally in the sense where if she cheats she forfeits any assets she's entitled to?
