Is ashwaganda safe to use if you have an auto immune disorder? I read an article that advises against taking ashwaganda b/c it can potentially cause a flare up.
Appreciate you sharing your knowledge. Have learned a lot. One problem thou, maybe you would be willing to recommend good brands of supplements that women seventy years of age should be taking. I read the labels, but so confusing. So if you would, Thank you
The Vitatree Thyroid and CoQ10 contain ashwagadha and can both be found at us.vitatree.com! The ashwagandha in these formulas have been tested to be free from heavy metals and can be taken year round. We recommend checking out the Stress and Sleep formula on the same website if you're suffering from stress and anxiety. We hope this helps! - Team Dr. Janine
Hi there! We recommend checking out the Vitatree whole food vitamins without fillers or flow agents like magnesium stearate on us.vitatree.com 😊 - Team Dr. Janine
Kick the meds and do magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha (and swap every 2 months maybe...with rhodiola rosea) & vitamin d3. I tried medication for a year to "see" and that s* is TRASH. I have a severe mental illness but with paying attention to what I eat, consistent therapy, nature, reading, water and vitamins & minerals im doing pretty decent. Trust me the above mentioned is not a cure. I still struggle but usually my therapist can get me in and I can get it all out when experiencing intense emotions. Also too look up Doc Snipes on here. Pray as well! Good luck. 🙂
I have heard that i can make us make too much thyroid hormone and so create a malfunction with the thyroid, what do you think about that? Is that entirely true?
@@violetasw1880 the way it works best for me is I take it for a month then take two or three weeks off then cycle back on. I have tried many brands and so far my fav is youth theory and Goli both work amazing god luck💗💗
Dr. Janine recommends Vitatree CoQ10 + BP for Ashwagandha. It is a highly absorbed source of anti-oxidants in a whole food supplement to help support healthy cardiovascular health and helps to maintain healthy blood pressure levels. Hope this helps! - Team Dr. Janine
Hello! We recommend checking out the Vitatree whole food vitamins and supplements at us.vitatree.com. They don't currently have an ashwagandha only supplement but the Thyroid Support and CoQ10 contain ashwagandha within the formulas. - Hope this helps ! Team Dr. Janine

Dr why are you making a blanket statement in regards to taking Ash for thyroid health? If there’s a problem with someone’s thyroid, especially if they’re on meds for it, they could be endangering their lives. Very irresponsible.
She is special. Very smart nerdy and extremely likeable. But dose not see that the Almighty Creator is Holy. And we are not the greatest disease is sin.
