You know, schlatt looks so much like a stereotypical american trucker type that I sometimes forget he is a Rich Geek and does not commonly partake in Fishing.
i really enjoyed this. the nice checkout man, the biking timelapses, the random rock skipping, and even the attempt on schlatt's life with the fishing rod i also really appreciate the ending. it may be unsatisfying, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. the message - that things don't always work out in the end, but that no matter what you should make the most of it - even if it was unintended, is actually really refreshing to see, especially when it seems like everything is so perfect and smooth-running on this platform, and on the internet in general thank you for making this, and i hope you really enjoyed your trip. and to anyone reading this, i hope youre having a good day/night/time, and that even if the destination didn't go as planned, the travel still made it worth it :)
big agree!! the ending is also very realistic and relatable, as someone with about as much experience as Jack who often comes home from fishing with 0 catches lol :,) sometimes they just aren't around
A story that I love telling is when me and my family went fishing and the only rod that caught fish was a 2 dollar pink princess fishing rod. 😂 A total of 11 fish were caught.
I’d recommend freshwater lake fishing with a floater for beginners. You have an undeniable visual if something bites and you don’t risk getting stuck in things hidden in the water.
As far as I know, Bass are basically fish that eat anything that can fit in their mouth and most of the time very aggressive. If you're a little feeder fish, expect to be swallowed immediately. Carp is kinda like catfish, they mostly bottom feed which is why they are at the bottom of the lake... I think.

I haven't seen either of his "I took ____ to a lake" videos, but if I had to take a guess, Schlatt's the kind of guy to use the fishing pole correctly and swear everytime he doesn't catch a fish, and Tommy's the kind of guy to say "is anyone else going to give up with using the pole and just use their hands" and not wait for an answer
12:43 I'm proud to have actually known who femboy fishing is. He's an instagram account dedicated to fishing and he also is a femboy. Genuinely very knowledgeable about fish and I learned a lot from him, schlatt and jack probably could too. 10/10 recommend following him

1. Bass are stupid 2.They are aggressive so they bite more 3. They actually do fight like hell especially for their size and that’s why they’re the biggest game fish in the world.
Reading a grown ass man make fun of two regular guys for being bad at the most boring shit imaginable is wild. Your not special for being forced to fish at 6 my guy, boats can fish entire nets without any effort 😂
