There's nuances to everything it's all a matter of context. If you're not that good looking but you have amazing game and charisma dress well and have maxed out your looks. You're not going to have very much success with cold approaching and going out. But if you have a job that puts you around a lot of good looking women as you interact with customers and with the women that work with you. Generally the PUA workshop stuff is a scam. However, I personally did take one of these PUA courses back about 10 years ago and it helped with the little things I was doing wrong like proper initiation of physical contact, how to joke with women, how to text women, etc...But by the point the PUA stuff helped I had already done my best to looks max and status max.
