I think one of your other videos shows how the difference between power and armor penetration for your GF (I think you were 1V1 against RW_Revolver), and maybe a video for your TR in Icewind Dale, and I think Armor Penetration, for PvP, beats Power. It may not be the same for PvE, since anything over 60% Resistance Ignored is a waste.

To get some powers to level 4 faster. At least that why I kept Azures in utility slots for a while even after reaching 70, so I could get power points faster. Once I got the powers I wanted to 4 I swapped them out, though.
