Cool! Mine is on the way through Amazon Prime. My issue was no matter what I did, I was screaming orange with IT cosmetics and think poorly of them due to limited shade range.
I also love that you called out the amount of product you have to use to get the full SPF because I’ve had a lottt of people comment similar information on my videos of products with SPF! 😀❤️

I do notice that when I wear the It CC cream and head out in the sun for +2 hours I don't get sun burn on my face, and I don't feel the my face burning in comparison to when I don't wear it. But I do have to be generous when applying. It is really a great product and it does protect. And I have put it to the test.
Jennifer Miranda my daughters and I both use the IT cc cream. My oldest daughter is extremely fair, I have light skin, my youngest is medium. None of us burn while at the pool for a couple of hours.
Hi there , L’Oréal owns Maybelline and IT , it’s reported that these are the same products . L’Oréal owns so many brands of make up . A few huge companies own most brands so often the cheaper version is actually identical. We pay extra for packaging but mostly marketing .
The ingredients aren't the same though...I don't know if they're similar cos I can't afford the IT one 😭 Loreal ownes Urban decay too but their stuff isn't just the same, like Colourpop & Kylie, I think just because a company owns another doesn't mean they formulate the products together or even that one place is formulating for all their brands....it could just be "owned on paper" yknow? It's just speculation though.
They're not the same.. at all. I've used both and the it cosmetic one is way superior! It kinda smells lemony and its super light but full coverage, doesn't make me cakey, and honestly looks really pretty on the skin. The Maybelline one looked really cakey and thick on me and the consistency was too heavy for me. I do believe in this case you're getting what you pay for.
fun fact, cereal canned goods, and lots of other brand names and generic are the same product, same company different label. A smart way to make money on both ends of the dollar.

I have the Maybelline foundation and absolutely love it!! For the summer with the spf it’s great! Also doesn’t feel heavy on the skin and I honestly love the sunscreen smell
Nice video! I use the it cosmetics CC cream as a foundation all year round. Doesn’t break me out, hydrates my skin, and is so lightweight and has great coverage! Im glad people can get a dupe if they can’t afford it! Personally, I don’t mind spending more to save my face and give it a better skincare routine!
You need to wear a separate SPF every single day. Not just when you are outside on the beach or at a pool. Just to clarify, rain or shine... wear ur sunscreen folks.
That happens so much in Walmart. I wanted to buy a foundation but every single one was opened. This is why drugstore products need to have testers too. I love the IT Cosmetics CC I’ll probably just stick with it since it has great ingredients and it’s cruelty free. Great video!
I bought that yesterday lol I LOVE it with the age rewind concealer, and the loose fit me powder. I’m in classic ivory. I was in the pool yesterday and today with it on and didn’t get burnt and I burn ALL the time lol
I was exited to try this when I saw thattayla had picked it up to try. By some of the comments I didnt think it went that well but now I def want to IF i can find it in store in the right shade. It's so much cheaper actually at Walmart. Just hope its not too matte for me

I just tried this today for the first time and it looked beautiful all day and I loved it ! The Maybelline Superstay is one of my HG but I was disappointed to see that this had denatured alcohol which is very bad for ppl with sensitive, acne prone even dry skin. It can dry out skin and cause break outs, and it’s very high on the list. However it was so nice! ❤️
Places like Walmart and drug stores need to get with the program and put testers out! There’s nothing more annoying than buying something only to find out that it has been used or not being able to purchase because they’ve all been tampered with 🔥😖😡

Did you notice any specific skincare benefits/improvements in your skin from the It Cosmetics product? Or can you speak to what anti-aging ingredients they are? I feel like they are overhyping the anti-aging element
Also it is important to note that the It Cosmetics CC cream has a mineral based sunscreen that usually causes less reactions to some. The one from Maybelline has a chemical sunscreen. Just pointing that out since some people have allergic reactions to chemical sunscreens.
I absolutely LOVED the lip products you were wearing. Our skin coloring is almost identical and I think it would look great on me also. Knowing you, it's probably about three or four products you used to achieve that perfect pout - lol! Also, I love the fact that you acknowledge the price differences and are aware that $39 is certainly much more expensive than the $10.98 cost of the Maybelline product that you wore all day and looked great! I am 100% disabled on disability funds so the difference in cost is significant to me. Thanks for acknowledging that difference. Most other RU-vidrs just brush past the cost without comment. You're right that theres a specific amount we have to use on the face to get the labelled spf coverage but I dont think it is 1 TABLESPOON. Isnt it like 1/3 to 1/2 TEASPOON? You can google it actually. Just want to put it out there.
I have been watching reviews on this product like CRAZY. I frequently go to Disney World, and I hate using my Maybelline Super Stay Matte Foundation every day down there because it's just so heavy on my skin for the hot days, so I am super excited that you reviewed this product the way you did for the time you wore it! Can't wait to test it out!
The IT cosmetic CC cream contains phototoxic citrus oils which cause irritation and damage even if you don't feel it, it is happening beneath the surface. The Maybelline is a better choice from a skincare perspective of these two products though there are better products that provide coverage and SPF out there. The Maybelline does contain alcohol that can be drying to the skin and fragrance toward the end of the ingredients list which is also not good though not as bad as the many citrus oils in the IT cosmetics.

Kelly, you made a good point about the pores, cause a person older than you would have lines and pores so much more so, than just the few little unnoticeable ones which you have. I'm not saying that your concerns are not legit, in fact they are, IOW, from the perspective of all women, these things become exponentially more problematic for every couple of years we age😣😉😊 The CC Cream.is so much THICKER and is known to "move with the face", while the less expensive foundation is thinner, (can be nice) but I think it's also a bit dry. If I'm not mistaken that Maybelline Urban cover has some SD alcohol in it. Great review!!
@@marym.8608 IT cosmetics is mineral sun protection ie Zinc and Titanium Dioxide v/s Maybelline which is chemical sun protection. Also I prefer the skin loving ingredients in the CC cream
Regarding SPF, the suggested amount is a Teaspoon for face throat and décolleté, it should be applied frequently--especially if at the beach or on a boat. So I wouldn't bother with foundation in these places.
I love the change with the background! Thank you for reviewing the Maybelline. I have been really interested in trying it. Both looked really nice and I will definitely be trying this instead of spending $40 for the IT Cosmetics CC cream.
