Rolls-Royce has named its new SUV - or, in R-R speak, 'high-sided car' - after the world's largest and most flawless diamond. It's perhaps fitting for Rolls's first ever SUV as it aims to be the best in the world at marrying peerless on-road performance with impressive off-road ability. But is it a success? Steve Fowler finds out.

This review showed nothing of the vehicle’s off-road capability. A relatively smooth unmade road and some dry grass, hardly a test for a Fiat 500.

And that’s the closet it’ll get to off roading, called “soft roading”, not exactly a Baja Car is it?,it’s the price of a three four bedroom House, but, if you have three or more other Cars, a private Jet always on standby, several Houses dotted around the World, then , Yes you’ll Offroad it a bit....

Raj Choudhury well apart from materials and say attention to detail and sound insulation the Range Rover is better in every single way. Better off-road. You can actually have leg rests in the LWB. More power in the sv model 563hp vs 575hp)

Would much rather have a Range Rover or a G-Wagon, or both. The Cullinan and the Bentayga may be better quality but the design of both is hideous.
