Y’all, I was so set on finding a V8 F150, but something else happened. I found a ‘21 F250 XLT Tremor with the 7.3 Godzilla V8 for the same price as the F150 I was eyeing. Im still gonna keep watching y’all though!

Yeah man, those 7.3s sound amazing with an aftermarket exhaust. I was looking at a 2020 F350 XL 7.3 with a landscape dump body on the back. I’m not sure what to think, the truck was just about perfect for my business but I’m just not sure about the 7.3. I think for me the 6.7 makes more sense to pull equipment, but the price tag is insane. I think it would pay for itself but it would definitely take longer. I would put an underbody snow scraper on it, front V blade and a wing plow. During the summer the truck would operate at GCWR most all the time pulling equipment and hauling material. Im not sure that particular truck would put on an insane amount of miles a year probably only about 25-30k, so not sure if that $10k price tag is worth it.

So glad you guys are around, and thinking like most of us. Auto stop/start and cylinder deactivation would be the death of the V8 if if there weren't guys like you leading the charge for us. I don't think Toyota has cyl deactivation on the Tundra V8. But, that will be a moot point next year as Toyota isn't going to be building a V8. It's going turbo V6 like Ford's Ecoboost, I believe. I just couldn't buy a foreign truck anyway. Keep up the great work. Thanks.

I have a 2011 5.0L with 110,000 miles and it does not consume oil (5k mile oil change intervals). When I hear it didn't get close to the bottom hole it just makes me cringe when mine barely moves off the full mark. It is really too bad the engine now has this issue. Thanks for the video.

Good video, truck is looking great! That space white color is awesome! I went with RP-342 for my rusty diff on my 2018. I live in the northern area where the salt is plenty in the wintertime. I just coated it about a month ago so we'll see how it holds up over time. We also have the same rims. Love the Venomrex look.

25 mpg average! Wow, how many times have you had it up over 55mph lol! Seriously though, I guess you can tell how much our driving styles contrast. FYI I have bigger injectors and fuel system and am running 85 now. I average 8.5 mpg 😁

Yea I've only got 1500 miles on it. I normally go real easy for about the first 3000.. And i drive 100 miles per day back and forth to work and it's 55 the entire way. I know that 25 is not normal.. But the fact that it's possible is awesome to me.

You guys are awesome, love the channel, have a 2021 5.0 Lariat myself in lead foot. I get 14-15 mpg at California gas prices and not mad about it at all!! Had a few questions for you. 1) Windshield reattachment recall, have you done that? I just got mine tinted and would hate to have to redo it. 2) Do you get a noise coming from your rear sliding window when the stereo is up more than half way? Any ideas on how to fix that? 3) I get a noise coming from the right passenger side door when on the highway similar to another famous RU-vidr such as yourselves that has a 21 F-150, wondering if you’ve experienced that? Thanks!

On my ford Sony system, you cannot leave a speaker unplugged or you risk the amp melting the door speakers. I am unsure if this applies to your ford system, you might want to look into it or plug the factory sub back in and not worry about it.

I had used a little oil at my first oil change. My second oil change came before it was due because I added a Whipple supercharger. My First oil change with the Whipple is coming up soon. I'll make sure and let everyone know how it's doing in a future video.

I had a 2016 5.0 , got 13/14 mpg . The 3.5 Is great for mpg and hp. The Rousch tune really smooth out the shifts and when you step on it , it rips ! On their web site , you can see the dyno results

It’s normal to burn oil during the break in stages, look in the manual. It shouldn’t happen again

I’m at 52% oil life according to my computer on my 15 5.0 (overdue in my book, being that I idle relatively a lot and that’s not counted and I drove over 5k) I’m thinking about Amsoil or Rotella 5W20 as that’s what’s recommended by the manual. I’m looking heavily into the bypass dual oil filters by amsoil. I’ve read up on 5w30 and the techs said DO NOT USE, I forget why. Read that a while ago.

Maybe, but I don't have much in it and I can remove it from the truck in 10 seconds and have all my space back. I don't have kids and if I need to carry 4 or 5 passengers it goes in the bed without any issues quickly. It is better than a custom box that is permanent. I've had the same setup for years. It fits my life.
