So when i build out a XL with all the appearance packages and infotainment packages to make it basically a XLT it still comes out 3k cheaper man im confused.
There are a few differences, usually they make the overlap more expensive to suit up a lower model. Overall you get less choices with the base, so no heated seats, no mini-console sometimes, the lighting, and bed accessories just aren’t available either. It’s better to just get the XL, dress it up as much as you need and forget about the fancy dash cluster. Get a cheap sports car for fun, but this beast will pull whatever you need it to. Get groceries in the wife’s car basically.
@Wali_Wingnut I did just that with my new 2022 F250 Crew Cab 4x4 diesel XL. I put what I wanted and kept all the extra junk out of it. I don't want all the extra crap that is going to break. The dealer tried to get me into an XLT and the difference was insane with all the extras. No thanks
If you go to the super duty build page and just punch in F250 crew cab and dont start building beyond that , the base price difference between the XL and XLT is ~$5500 .. You can't show me $5500 worth of upgrades .. My only beef ..
@@edlingja1 4x4 is roughly 2800 and crew cab over regular cab is about 4500 , but not what I said , you go and select f250 crew cab and no more and the difference is about 5500 base price for a crew cab XL and crew cab XLT
I don't want to buy this truck to resell later of I buy it it's for the long haul and the xl is great my spec is 45k no 4x4 and just the 6.2l i don't want the 10 speed the six is more dependable less parts to wear and tear over time
