Totally agree mate, I like the upgrades that they have made on these new models and I hope they make all the parts easily available online for their customers this time, that is something I shared with them via emails back and forth when the original Hyper Go was released in regards to parts availability. Can't wait to take this out for a bash! 👍
Amazing little car Dave and great review! It looks very robust all the way around. What I like about mjx is that they haven’t copied anyones design . It’s their very own, and very well done. Love how they give the option the gps module.( maybe a chance to save some money?)Sounds like a heavy duty well tuned Makita!😂 very good review Dave!

Yeah I’m waiting for some good weather to run a bunch of rc cars and trucks atm, can’t wait for winter to end tbh, MJX have done a great job at upgrading this new model, looks very durable and will be decently quick as well
@@PERTHWESTOZRC winter is never ideal for reviews because it is always raining it here snowing then add into it the wind and chilly temps and it sucks to try and film anything.
Metal bumper... "should you happen to smack into a curb or a wall..." or a shin... :D If I had one of these that might be the first ever RC downgrade I'd make!
Plus metal will not absorb impacts like plastic but rather translate it to the rest of the car (not mentionning the extra weight) I'm not convinced at all by this update
Do you have an indication yet of which uprated 3S battery might fit here? Most I'm seeing are over 102mm long which to me seems the limit before hitting the servo
WOW, Awesome looking car. Just as I were watching your video, I was looking at the Hyper go H16e 1/16 at Aliexpress. Are both cars basically the same thing? I noticed that the model numbers are different and from what I can tell, the motors used are different as well Thank you so much for sharing bro. I am building my fleet; all metal wltoys A979, wltoys A959 and the Amoril 4x4 brushed, all wheels independent suspension drive system, plenty of spare parts, love this car! Cheers!
Yeah they are similar to the slightly older brushed hyper go models but with a new brushless system and a few upgrades, thanks for watching bro, sounds like you are busy with your projects 👍

I've no idea about 3s pricing generally, but if the durability of this buggy is maintained despite the extra speed and power it could be a winner. 62km/h is a very specific box-front speed, don't you think? That could mean it's actually true, as most would expect them to go with 65 or 70 if they were just throwing numbers in the air. D'ya reckon it's full bearings? I couldn't quite see in the manual.
Yeah it has full ball bearings throughout like most rc cars these days, and yep I think it will reach or get very close to the claimed speed, seems to have good wheel speed at 100% throttle setting when I demonstrated it on the stand, hoping to take it out soon, thanks for watching Tony
